Booking Policy
Last updated: 11/09/2026
Â
I want your appointment to be as straightforward as possible. Please read the following booking policy before making an appointment with The Lymph Reset.
Â
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
Â
1. Booking and payment
Â
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments can be booked up to 3 months in advance.
Â
Online bookings are pencilled-in and confirmed by The Lymph Reset (not auto-accepted)
Â
Please ensure that the contact details provided at the time of booking are accurate.
Â
2. Mobile appointments and travel fees
Â
Mobile appointments are subject to confirmation by The Lymph Reset.
Â
When booking a mobile appointment, an initial travel fee may be displayed or discussed. This is not necessarily the final travel fee.
Â
The final travel fee will be confirmed once the booking details and location have been reviewed.
The final fee may differ from the initial amount if, for example, the location is further away or falls outside the usual mobile service area.
Â
Home visits are currently available within 15 miles of WA4, Warrington, with a £10 travel fee within this area.
If a requested location is outside the usual service area, I will confirm whether the appointment can be accommodated and the applicable travel fee before the booking is confirmed.
Â
3. Cancellations
Â
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will normally be treated as a late cancellation and any fees may be retained.
4. Rescheduling
Â
No cancellations or changes within 12 hours of an appointment.
Â
If you need to reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment because of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible.
Â
Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to availability and may affect future bookings.
Â
5. Missed appointments and no-shows
Â
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me in advance, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.
Â
No-shows will not be able to book future appointments with The Lymph Reset.
Â
If you are delayed, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and the time remaining, the treatment may need to be shortened or the appointment may need to be rearranged.
Â
6. Arriving for your appointment
Â
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Â
For mobile appointments, please ensure that I can access the agreed treatment location at the scheduled time and that there is a suitable, safe and appropriate space available for treatment.
Â
7. Health, medical conditions and suitability
Â
Your safety is important.
Â
Before treatment, you may be asked to provide information about your health, medication, recent surgery and any other relevant circumstances.
Â
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for telling me about any changes before your appointment. If I believe that a treatment may not be suitable or safe for you, I may recommend postponing, adapting or declining the treatment.
Â
If you are unsure whether lymphatic drainage is suitable for you, particularly following surgery or where you have an existing medical condition, please seek advice from your GP, surgeon or another appropriate healthcare professional before booking.
Â
8. Understanding the treatment
Â
Before treatment, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and raise any concerns.
Â
Lymphatic drainage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
Â
You are responsible for understanding the potential benefits, limitations, risks and possible side effects of your chosen treatment and for following any medical or post-operative advice relevant to your circumstances.
Â
Where appropriate, you may be asked to confirm that you understand and consent to the treatment before it begins.
Â
9. Post-operative appointments
Â
Post-operative lymphatic drainage is supportive treatment and does not replace the care or instructions provided by your surgeon or medical team.
Â
You should only book a post-operative treatment where you have been advised that the treatment is appropriate for your circumstances.
Â
If you experience symptoms or concerns that may require medical attention, you should contact your surgeon, GP, NHS 111 or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Â
10. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances
Â
If an unexpected emergency or exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Â
I will consider the circumstances fairly and, where possible, work with you to rearrange the appointment.
Â
11. Changes or cancellations by The Lymph Reset
Â
Occasionally, I may need to change or cancel an appointment due to illness, an emergency, unsafe travel conditions or circumstances outside my reasonable control.
Â
Where this happens, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will offer an alternative appointment or appropriate refund where applicable.
Â
12. Statutory rights
Â
Nothing in this Booking Policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Â
Where a statutory right applies, that right will take precedence over this policy.
Â
13. Contact
